Welcome to BODY CARE!

Dear Body,

Now it’s time to introduce to you some amazing training techniques to improve your wellbeing. Movement is medicine and we wish to give you the best selection of body care classes in order to pursue your dreams within your sport and live a pain free life. We are all individuals but this training package will hopefully give you new insights to what you should add more in your training. We wish to bring you more balance and happiness in your doings and everyday life.

Our teachers are big personalities and extremely passionate about their knowledge and way of moving. There is a lot one can learn from their experience. These teachers have helped Oona tremendously thru out her career and she picked her favourite classes to help you with your goals.

Some of the classes are VERY detailed and posses a lot of information. We recommend you to focus carefully to every single class and take time with them. We recommend you to do only one class per day in the beginning since these classes can have a very strong impact on the body. All of the classes require a lot of effort and thinking. Remember to stay hydrated and get enough rest and sleep afterwards. We are very happy receive any feedback you may have (seriously anything).

All of the classes are follow up videos. The teachers are teaching their techniques using Oona as a student.

Our teachers are:

  • Elisa Kuuttila, aerial and Katonah yoga® teacher

  • Ville Rapeli, sports instructor and physiotherapist

  • Viivi Kettukangas Immonen, physiotherapist and founder of FasciaMethod®

  • Kiia Kuusela, aesthetic group gymnastics coach
