Pole by Oonak is a 8-16 week training regimen for pole. it is a workout routine you need. from beginners to top polers - the key is in the basics. when you hit these exercises 10/10 from both sides - you will be unstoppable.
This online training includes 4 levels and 2 trainings per level. This training is not your average pole element tutorial - it’s a workout. I will take you thru the easiest progressions to more advanced ones step by step. When I say basics I mean inversions, shoulder mounts, climbs, spins and handsprings. This training is suitable for kids, youngsters and adults. You can do the trainings at home or in a pole studio. The training includes:
