Welcome to handspring to human flag training package!

You can do the trainings at home or in a pole studio.

We use following props: resistance bands, yoga mat, pole and straight bar / wall bars. If you don´t have access for some of these props then just focus on what you have. The training includes:

  • Hardcore Upper Body Conditioning (Mikko Laitinen)
